With local ACMG guide Ren Lavergne (they/them), The Crush Collective is offering a "Introduction to OUTdoor Climbing" rock climbing clinic.
This course is being held in partnership with The Crush Collective, and is for members of the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community.
The program will take place on October 7th, from 9:00am-4:00pm on Treaty 7 Territory. We will confirm the meeting location with selected participants a few days prior to the event.
The routes chosen will be introductory level and no previous experience is required. We will focus on building skills for climbing outside. Climbing equipment can also be provided if needed.
We welcome all bodies and the event will be set at a pace to fit everyone's needs. This event is open to individuals who are ages 18+. If you are curious about whether it is right for you, please reach out to us! Our goal is to make this day as accessible and friendly as possible.
The Crush Collective will do its best to facilitate transportation options for those not able to transport themselves.
Participants who register will be emailed a confirmation of attendance prior to the climbing date.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION FORM SUBMISSION: Monday, September 25th @11:59pm. We will confirm attendance for all those who have applied as soon as possible following. As there are limited spots, filling out this form does not guarantee a spot.
