Craft Night: Embroidery & Patch-Making Workshop
Embroidery & Patch-Making Workshop
Get crafty, get connected, and get creative at Banff Pride’s monthly craft nights! This all-ages, sober, and inclusive program is designed for the 2SLGBTQ+ community (and allies!) to come together and make something amazing. Each month features a new low-cost activity—think zine-making, stitching, painting, or upcycling clothes—all in a laid-back, judgment-free space. No experience necessary, just bring your fabulous self and a willingness to create, connect, and have fun!
Thursday Feb 27, 7:00 PM
Learn some simple embroidery and creative patch-making in this fun and welcoming workshop. You’ll be guided through some basic embroidery stitches to create your very own patch that can be sewn onto your favourite jacket or much loved sweater in need of some TLC. Patches are the perfect way to bring life to well-worn clothes that aren’t ready to be parted with. No previous embroidery skills needed.
